Reservation Rules & Policy:

1. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

2. Please inform Rema residence China town of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

3. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

4. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

5. Smoking is not allowed in all properties area THB 5000 will be charged.

6. Please keep the noise volume down during midnight - 08.00 AM

7. All pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Rules & Policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

Policy:

- WiFi and snacks are available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Check-in from 14:00 to 18:00 (please advise staff for over time check in)
- Check-out from 09:00 to 12:00
- Parking is free for our guest

Child Policy:

1. Children of any age are allowed.

2. People no matter the age stay for THB 500.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
